Any discussion of Atlanta’s  top kitchens and bathrooms must include HammerSmith. We have held a prominent place on the Junior League Tour of Kitchens year after year, have been recognized in more than 150 publications and  articles and have received over 100 awards.

Green Building
Though many remodelers have recently jumped on the “green bandwagon,” HammerSmith has taken the environment seriously since the company’s inception in 1991. We have been a leader in green building design and even helped write the EarthCraft Renovation Guidelines. Some companies think green building is just about products, but we design the appropriate green techniques into the project from the start.

A timeless HammerSmith kitchen will always be better for the environment than a poorly designed one featuring eco products and green technology that needs replacing after a few years.

Universal Design
Aging in place, accessibility or special needs? HammerSmith projects incorporate design elements that ensure ease of use and lasting value. We believe universal design can be stylishly integrated into the overall plan where appropriate, with better lighting, zero-entry showers, wider doors and halls, lever handles, bedroom on main, etc.
