The house is filled with soft earth tones. The couple did not want the house to be too bright, so they decided against using brighter colors. On the other hand, they did not want the house to appear drab, so gray was also persona non grata. The walls of the foyer and lower-level guest suite mirror the outside of the house. "We believe that people really like the ochre gold. It gives them a warm feeling when they arrive, and we want them to keep that warm feeling when they come inside," explains Brad.
